Question 1

How does the Dedicated Virtual Account (NUBAN) system work for each parent?

Accepted Answer

Every registered parent is assigned a permanent 10-digit virtual bank account number (Titan Trust or Wema Bank) connected to their children. When parents transfer school fees to this account, the transaction reconciles instantly, clears open invoices for their linked children, issues an SMS receipt, and sweeps 98.5% net fees straight into your school's bank account within 10 seconds.

Question 2

How does the AI School Fees Manager & Auditor protect our money?

Accepted Answer

Our AI Auditor monitors every cashier entry, receipt, void, and bank reference 24/7. If someone attempts to enter duplicate bank transaction IDs, delete transactions, or modify receipt amounts, the AI immediately flags the anomaly and alerts the Bursar and Proprietor in real time.

Question 3

How fast can our school get onboarded?
